“I called American Appliance because I needed someone to look at my Maytag dishwasher.  Dishes on the bottom rack weren’t getting cleaned and I didn’t know how to check the water sprayers.  The scheduler for American Appliance was very helpful and got my appointment scheduled for less than 48 hours (it was NOT an emergency situation).  In between the time I called and the time Austin came to work on my dishwasher, my clothes dryer stopped working, too.  I felt lucky that I had an appliance service company already coming.  When they called to confirm my appointment, I told them I needed the clothes dryer serviced, too. They said it would not be a problem.
Austin arrived precisely within the promised time frame.  He listened to my description of the problems I was having with both appliances and promptly went to work.  He was able to quickly and accurately address both issues and get them repaired.  He only charged me the fee for the service call (since he finished both issues within 30 minutes). I will DEFINITELY call American Appliance again if I need further service in the future!”

“Initially called to have drain pump replaced because of error code and information given by LG on washer. Called American Appliance they scheduled appointment, arrived on time, removed drain pump and found a wire clip that had somehow made it past the filter on the machine and wedged between the impeller and housing. Put the original pump back in the machine and everything worked fine. They did not charge for a new pump, were very honest and quick in the repair.”
